We carefully pack every order to ensure your beaded bag arrives safely and beautifully.
UK Delivery Only
We currently deliver to UK addresses only.
Orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Royal Mail Tracked 48, depending on the delivery option selected at checkout.
Please note that Royal Mail delivery times are estimates and are separate from our order processing time.
Processing Time
As our bags are handmade and each order is carefully prepared and packaged, please allow 2–3 working days for your order to be processed and dispatched.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation along with tracking information where applicable.
Estimated delivery after dispatch:

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by Royal Mail delays, bank holidays, severe weather or other circumstances outside our control.
Incorrect Delivery Addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order.
If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been dispatched.
We cannot accept responsibility for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied at checkout and you will not receive a refund in this event.
Handmade Products
Each of our bags is handmade, which is part of what makes them special. Small variations in bead placement, colour, finish, measurements and appearance may naturally occur between individual pieces.
These variations are not considered faults and mean that your bag may not be completely identical to the product photographs shown on our website.
